Figured out...

This app may be great....but it also runs in backgrounds (drains battery). Uninstall til fixed.

Still developing

I changed from 1/2 stars to 4 stars. Now I can VCO and VRS calls only outbound. For Galaxy S 3 owners all you have to did is clear the data on PurpleVRS and log back in and you're able to make outbound calls only. hope it works for you.
