Quran Android is a free, open source Quran application for Android devices. There are many features under development. Please send us your feedback and feature requests and keep us in your prayers!

Quran Android provides the following features:

- Gapless audio playback
- Ayah bookmarking
- Ayah share
- Ibn Katheer and Saady Tafsir
- Audio recitations are available for streaming and downloading with highlighting support (tap the screen for to get the audio toolbar).

- crystal clear Madani compliant images.
- translations in many different languages (currently, Arabic Tafseer, English Sahih International Translation, French, German, Indonesian, Malay, Spanish, Turkish, Transliteration, Bosnian, Russian, Bengali, Kurdish, Somali, Dutch, Swahili, Malayalam, Azerbaijani, Tamil, and Urdu) with more coming soon.

*Please Note* - we need phone state permissions so we can stop the audio playback when a phone call comes in (otherwise, it would continue playing). also, we need internet to download data due to the limitation on non-sdcard memory on most android phones.

Because Quran Android is an open source project, it makes it easy for anyone to contribute and help improve the project. we are also open to hearing your suggestions to make Quran Android the best Quran application on the market.

رائع جدا وعظيم

اول تشغيل لي للقرءان على جهاز كفي كان في العام 2002 وشغلت الكثير من البرامج حتى وجدت هذا الذىظي جعلني اشعر بانه اكثر من رائع واحتوى على الكثير مما كنت اتمناه فيها البرامج اﻻخرى ، ونصحت به المئات من الاصحاب، صار رفيقي في السفر والحضر وادعوا دائما لكل من كان وراء اخراج هذا العظيم، ارجو مراجعة الوضع اﻻفقي في قاﻻكسي نوت 2 ، اتمنى يغطي كل الشاسة، تحياتي . عبدالله من اليمن

Probably the best Qur'an app in the play store.

I tried lots of Qur'an apps here, and although some have advantages over this app (all good apps and great efforts by moslem community, btw), this in overall the best Qur'an app. Thank you dev, جزاكم الله خيرا

Congrads to the team behind!!!

Hearty congrads to all team behind. Come to experience its full feature recently and i am so satisfied and happy with it. May Almighty bless you all and everlasting reward here and hereafter. highly appreciate your suggestion on below two small issue. a) Even i downloaded some fonts, i am not able to see Malayalam Translation properly. b) and when i download audio by sura, it showing network error even though i am connected to wireless internet.
