Rumor Mill: Samsung Galaxy S4 in April with an S Pen
The Samsung Galaxy S4 has been a popular topic on the rumor mill lately, and the latest one involves the Samsung Galaxy S4 S Pen functionality. Will Samsung’s flagship phone get the Note’s S Pen or is this just wishful thinking?
I’ll start out by saying that I’m a huge Galaxy S fan. I bought the original the week it was out, and when my contract was up 2 years later I bought the S3 without even glancing at another phone. While it’s just a rumor at this stage Samsung Galaxy S4 S Pen functionality would definitely be a plus for the Galaxy S line of phones. If they go that route I’m guessing they’ll increase the screen real estate as you’ll want a bit more screen if you’re using the S Pen, and they’ve got a little wiggle room to work with between the Galaxy S3 and the Note 2. Some of the other “rumored” specs include a 1080p AMOLED display and a 13-MP shooter to go along with a quad-core Exynos chip.
Wouldn’t that be nice to see on the S4?
The rumor mill is churning full force already for the Samsung Galaxy S4, and this is just one of many rumors we’ll hear over the coming months. S Pen or not it’s still a phone to get excited for and even though the S4 is rumored to be released in April, it’s going to be a wild ride over the next 4 months.
