Top 10 Android Games of the Week – June 10, 2012 is proud to present our Top 10 new Android Games of the past week…

1. Call of Cthulhu: Wasted Land

Call of Cthulhu is a new turn-based strategy game that puts your team of investigators to work trying to stop a diablolical plan from an ancient enemy. It’s a super slick looking blend of RPG and strategy, and it’s a game you should check out if you’re into horror, RPG’s or strategy games. You can pick up Red Wasp Design’s Call of Cthulhu for $4.99 on Google Play.

2. Pocket Clothier

Pocket Clothier is the newest soul sucking game from Kairosoft, and this time around you’ll run a clothing store. You’ll get to buy new clothing, stock your store, setup displays, and hire employees along with countless other tasks that go along with running a clothing store. No free version is available at this time (it’s coming), but the full version can be had for only $4.99.

3. Commander Pixman

Noodlcake Studios has been popping out games left & right lately, and their newest title is a cool retro platformer called Commander Pixman. Commander Pixman gives gamers a whopping 135 levels to master, hundreds of enemies to kill, and slews of traps to avoid. If ya’ dig retro platformers, you’ll dig this one and you can pick it up for free.

4. Quiet, Please!

Shhhhh, be quiet please! That’s all you want to say after a hard day at school, but everything at home’s working against you. That’s the premise behind this old-school adventures game as you go around interacting with the environment and solving puzzles. There’s a free version of the game you can check out while the full version will just set you back $0.99. Both versions of Nostatic Software’s Quiet, Please! are available on Google Play.

5. Monster ate my Condo

Adult Swim Games dropped a bizarre Android game this week called Monster Ate My Condo, and as you might have guessed it’s about some very hungry monsters. You’ll have to feed these starving monstrosities floors of your building to keep them from tearing the cities apart and you’re going to have a good time doing it. You can pick up Monsters Ate My Condo for $0.99 on Google Play.

6. Frisbee Rush

Have you ever dreamed of turning your phone into a Frisbee? Probably not, but Frisbee Rush will bring that dream to life as you use your device in conjunction with on your desktop to get your Frisbee on. Haven’t tried this one out yet, but it seems very cool. If you want to give it a go you can pick up Frisbee Rush for free on Google Play.

7. Aqua Story

Aqua Story is a new Android game from Com2uS that lets you raise and evolve fish which basically gives you a virtual fish tank in your pocket. It looks to be a virtual pet game of sorts, and if it’s like Com2uS’s other titles it’s also a lot of fun. If you want to check it out you can get Aqua Story for free.

8. Tapadoo

Is your brain in need of a little exercise? If so Tapadoo might be just the thing for you. Tapadoo is a new puzzle game from Nevosoft that turns scribbles into mind-bending puzzles. It’s a good game for kids or adults and you can get it for free on Google Play.

9. Oscura

Can you evade the evil shadow creatures and restore the light? That’s the story behind Oscura a cool new 2D platformer put out by MTV Networks and The Chocolate Liberation Front. It’s a cool physics-based platformer, and the visuals are unique and easy on the eyes. You can pick up Oscura for $0.99 on Google Play.

10. Movie Star Planet

Movie Star Planet lets you see what it’s like to be famous as you make yourself into a star and try to rise through the ranks. It’s a social game so you can chat with your friends, update your status, and even sign autographs. Haven’t played this as it really isn’t my cup of tea, but it looks to be a popular one if you’re into social gaming. You can pick up Movie Star Planet for free on Google Play.
