Top 10 New Android Games of the Week – April 8, 2012
Even though it’s Easter today, we’ve still managed to fill up a list of this weeks best games before we go fill our stomachs with Easter candy. Here are our picks for the Top 10 Android Games of the Week April 8th, 2012.
It’s always a good whenever Kairosoft releases a new game as they team just did with Cafeteria Nipponica for Android. Their newest sim lets you take control of a restaurant as you try to make it the top spot around. You’ll research new dishes, hire employes, decorate, and open multiple establishments all in true Kairosoft fashion. No free version is available yet, but you can get the full version of Cafeteria Nipponica for $4.99.

4. Gunman Clive
Gunman Clive is a new side-scrolling adventure game that puts you in the old-west to take on a group of bandits. You’ll have to jump and shoot your way across some very cool 3D environments as you take out the baddies and rescue Mayor Johnsons daughter. The graphics really make the game stand out, and make Gunman Clive a game you’ll want to check out. No free version is available at this time, but you can get the full version for only $1.99.
Handygames hit the market Google Play with a quirky new game called Farm Invasion USA that has you take on aliens out to steal your popcorn. You’ll defend your corn fields with a harvester and take down the aliens with your shotgun. It’s a fun little game with funky graphics and you can pick it up for free.
6. Hamlet
Hamlet is a new puzzle game that tests your skills as you try to make your way through it’s puzzling levels by interacting with objects on each level. It’s got humor, great artwork, and most importantly it’s challenging and fun to play. If you’re in the mood for something different, you can check out Alawar Entertainment’s Hamlet for free.
Dance Legend Music Game is a fun new Dancing game from the folks at Tune Wiki. Their newest title drops you onto the dance floor and puts you to work tapping, sliding, and swiping to pull of dance moves. I only checked this on out briefly, but there seems to be a lot going on although the song choices do seem somewhat limited. If you want to give it a run, you can pick Dance Legend Music game for free on Google Play.
8. Milky Way
Milky Way is one of the few games on this week’s list I haven’t played, but it looks cool and interesting so here it is. The game has you helping Moo the cow travel the universe as she tries to figure out the mystery behind baby Moo’s disappearance. The graphics and premise definitely seem promising, and I plan on taking a closer look on the game after the Easter weekend. If you’d like to help Moo you can check out Milky Way for $1.00 on Google Play.
Parallel Mafia is a new game for Perblue makers of the very popular game Parallel Kingdom. Their newest game has you taking on the Mafia as you conquer the streets and move up through the ranks. If you’d like to play a futuristic mafia game (how cool does that sound?) Parallel Mafia is just the thing for you, and you can get it for free on Google Play.
10. Guess The Song
