Lots of great Android games came out this week, and it was actually tough to award the top spot. Without further ado, we proudly present our Top 10 Android Games of the Week for March 4, 2012…

1. Squids

I’ve personally never liked any tentacled creatures, but The Game Bakers have changed my mind with their new Android game called Squids. The game lets you put together tactical teams of Squids as you try to stop the icky black ooze from taking over the sea. Squids has a lot going on and is the type of game you just need to play to understand, but it’s safe to say that it should have an “Award Winning” tag slapped on it anytime now. A full write-up is coming up soon, until then I HIGHLY recommend everyone go check the game out. You can get Squids for free in the Android market.

2. Dungeon Village

Dungeon Village is a game Kairosoft fans have been waiting for, and this week it finally arrived in the market. Dungeon Villages takes a page out of every Kairosoft game to date and mixes them all together for some serious awesomeness. You’ll get to run a village, sell gear to adventurers, and do all the cool things that are associated with RPG’s and Kairosoft games. If you want to play a time destroying RPG sim I highly recommend you head on over to the market and pick up Dungeon Village for $4.99.

3. Elastic World

Everyone loves a good physics game, and a new one just hit the market that you’re going to love called Elastic World from Monkey I-Brow Studios. You won’t “sling” things in Elastic World; instead you’ll try to bounce a ball to the goal by using a series of jelly like things. It’s a tough, but fun new game and well worthy of a spot in this week’s list. If you’re in the mood for some physics-based fun you can find the demo or full version of Elastic World in the Android market.
