Wreak some Alien Havok with Grabatron for Android
Controlling your Grabatron is easy; you tilt the device from side-to-side to move, tap the screen to pick up things, and you’ll swipe to send any objects you’ve grabbed flying. Your ship can also crush things so your claw isn’t your only means of destruction. Your score is tallied based on the amount of damage you cause and bonuses are awarded for combos, streaks, and style kills. Power-ups like extra lives, energy boosts, shield and armor upgrades can be found or earned by destroying buildings and you’ll also get a super-powerup every 3 levels. It’s mainly a straight-up destruction game, but there are around 30 missions that involve picking up certain objects or destroying buildings.
Grabatron is a good game to kill some time with, especially if you like causing a little mayhem. The controls can take a little getting used to if you don’t play many games like this, but once you get the hang of them it’s quite a bit of fun. Future Games of London did a great job on the game as whole, and Grabatron is a nice little time-killer that most folks will enjoy. There is a free version of the game called Grabatron Country while the paid version is simply called Grabatron and will cost you a $1.00 while it’s on sale. If you feel like causing a little Alien destruction, head on over to the market and check Grabatron.
